Questions and Answers
Pirates, ninjas, whaa?
Ann: Visitors voted and so it was done. The header image is actually a mix of the top 4 choices: "Pirates vs Ninjas," "Pretty Boys," "Staff Looking Cool," and "Boys & Girls." The swashbuckling and totally flippin' out and stabbing people will stay until the next voting.

For those curious, the pirates are Mave (left) and Psycho Ann (right). The ninjas are UC (left) and Syreth (right).

The Hosted Comics titles keep on shuffling, what's with that?
Ann: Newly, or most frequently, updated titles get set at the top. Mainly so new visitors won't click the first link and find that it hasn't been updated in over a year. coughhackcough

However, the titles are only top in their respective sections. So far, there's 3 sections, if you haven't noticed before, as you can clearly see here. When I say "others", I mean that you probably shouldn't try too hard to find a Christian message in it. UPDATE: The comics are now ranked solely by activity.

UC: You may notice that I'm responsible for both of the "Other" comics we have. This is coincidental, not because I have no desire to make any stories infused with Christianity. For something more serious, note "Ever Man's Visitor" in Writings.

Do you have a forum that I should join where I can contribute thoughtful posts, engage in intelligent discussion, and build comic-based community?
UC: Yes.
There's no songs in the radio player!
Ann: You would usually have to refresh the page a couple of times, or clear your cache, to get it working when this happens.
Can I request MP3s for the radio?
Ann: I'm fine with it, but know that:

1. Your choices will be severely limited by the chances of me (or Mave and UC) having a legal copy somewhere. Ask anyway, I might have it.
2. We got limited bandwidth and space. So after a while, if the playlist is massive, we'll have to start declining requests.

I will cycle the playlist by removing old songs with new ones from time to time as well.

Where did you get the MP3s for the radio?
Ann: Currently, all the songs are ripped from my own CDs. I hope it still counts as legal as we're a non-profit site and the songs are streamed (therefore, can not be downloaded).
What's wrong the the layout? It's all wrong!
Ann: Most likely you are using a web browser other than Firefox, Safari, or IE 7. We have tried fixing the problem, but short of converting divs into tables (as our unoffical technical advisor informed) it's something out of our hands.

Lacking the skill to do such a big fix, we decided to let it be. So, our apologies, maybe it's time to update or switch? ^^;

What's with the random Bible verses?
UC: I'm not 100% sure how we reached this decision, but we decided that it would be funny if, instead of having the usual verses you always see quoted, we chose some of the oddest possible. Hopefully you will find random things ripped out of context as amusing as we do.

Why are the verses all in NIV? I'm not making any kind of theological statement or preference, it was just nearest when I had the time to find verses.

Mave: I think it makes us pay a little more attention to the Bible and what it says. Thanks to this, I've recently discovered that there is no Hezekiah 14:8. You're most welcome to use http://www.biblegateway.com/ to verify these verses.

Ann: Did we mention we are witty, witty, people?

How can I keep track of updates?
Ann: Sustaining a mailing list proved to be a bit tiring, so now the easiest way is to use RSS feeds. You can get a free RSS reader (just google it) and then copy-paste a compatible RSS link from the "RSS Feeds" box on the lower left there.

You'll get all the frontpage updates in real time. And since all the hosted comic updates are also announced here, you essentially are suscribing to all of them in one place. Convinient, no? ^^

Can I exchange links?
Ann: We're link free ^^ Though, we would have to filter out my links as well. You see, the visitors of this site have come to expect Christian links from us.
Where's your e-mail?
Please see the Contact Us page.
Why the merge?
Mave: KCome.net had to move and Ann generously offered to host my contents. Good times ahead, why not? XD

Ann: Mave and UC also help keep me on my toes, so I can actually update more than once a year. =_=;;

UC: Somehow I ended up here as well. It is one of the great mysteries of life.

Why is the layout mainly in black and white?
Ann: It's kinda symbolic really. It had started on my second layout, back at Psychoteers, which had the words "the world is in black and white, since you end up either up or down" or something to that effect. I liked it and will be keeping it till I find a spiffier theme. But isn't it true? The world IS in black and white--up or down, no in-between grays.

Mave: We create b&w comics and it beats pink & purple any time.
